What an Interesting and tasty experience! Chris Gonzales and I visited Nelson at his tortilla factory and found a charming business owner as well as absolutely delicious tortillas. So good! Surprises like fresh fried pork rind and pork belly await. Wash it down with still-in-the- shell coconut milk. Great carry out for fresh tortillas and other amazing tasty foods. Great tortillas and food. But they’re not ready until the lady decides she wants to start. Says they’re open at 8am I came in at 8:30 and she said she had nothing ready that she was about to turn on the machine. By 9 she would have some tortillas ready. Then just open at 9.

I specifically came here to check out their chicharron and I was not disappointed. It is very crunchy just as I'd hoped. I will be telling all my Filipino friends to come here to buy crunchy fried pork belly!!! The ladies here are homey and the price for the chicharron is very reasonable.
